David Passmore is a highly experienced and
award winning TV producer, presenter and
reporter. He regularly hosts events, from
business conferences to awards ceremonies,
and is a popular speaker.
He is well know in the West as one of the
presentation team which made BBC Points
West one of the most popular regional TV
news programmes in the country.
He began his BBC career as a radio news
reporter. He then switched to TV news reporting
before specialising in sport. During his career
he has interviewed some of the major figures
in British sport. Most recently he was Sports
Editor at Points West based in Bristol and was
twice named Regional Sports Journalist of the
Year.
While heading up Passmore Media, he still
works at the BBC as a freelance consultant.
He is an accomplished film maker. He can
shoot and edit his own material as well as being
a skilled producer and multi-camera director.
